You are smart and hardworking, and you have a dream that's somehow still out of reach. THRIVE gives you a method to approach this goal in a new way, built over four weeks alongside people doing the same work. You will leave each session with something real in your hands, and you will not be doing any of it by yourself.

Over four weeks we build one capability together: planning and sustaining a change of your own. Each letter is a piece of the picture, and each session stands on its own while building on the last.

 

Target State. Get clear on where you are actually headed.

 

History of Success. Reconnect with the victories of your past.

 

Resistance. Spot what trips you up, and plan around it.

 

Intrinsic Motivation. Build what you love into the plan so it lasts.

 

Values. Anchor the change to what matters most.

WHAT TO EXPECT EACH WEEK

Four Wednesday evenings, ninety minutes each, live and online.

 

Week 1 · July 15 · Target State & History of Success. You will see the promised land and leave with a souvineer.

 

Week 2 · July 22 · History of Success & Resistance. Armed with a shortcut to past successes, map the patterns that tend to get in your way.

 

Week 3 · July 29 · Intrinsic Motivators & Values. Find what fuels you and name what matters most to the change you're making now..

 

Week 4 · August 5 · Engage & Plan. Leave with a real plan and people to help keep you going.

 

Light work between sessions, never more than fits in a busy week.

Sara Ramelb. ICF and NeuroLeadership Institute certified coach, expert change manager, and change leader for a Fortune 100 company. Stepmom, dog mom, Broadway junkie, and recent pickleball convert.

 

Ali Ramelb. Certified Health Coach and Yoga instructor, expert operations and systems consultant. Southern California transplant and outdoor enthusiast, loves filling her table with good friends and Ayurvedic, whole food.
